*you* are not separate from whatever seems to be *happening*.

impression of happening = movement = Mind = sense of I/you *doing/observing* or insert *anything* 

all is you, by you, in you.
*you/I/it* here is simply Mind.

That which you are has hardly ever moved an inch.

Sākṣi (witness) is not a "state".
It is the experiential awareness that all states are just as much a part of the dream regardless of whatever purpose they may or may not serve in phenomenal reality.
