Real rebellion always occurs in the heart because it is that of Consciousness and against all the deceptions of the mind, and expresses itself as quiet faith and undying hope ever burning and keeping open in the midst of this very world because in the end and after all we come to see that we have never not been engulfed by the inherent okayness of everything.

Never belong to the herd even as you sit and move with them, and love them.

Sākṣi (witness) is not a "state".
It is the experiential awareness that all states are just as much a part of the dream regardless of whatever purpose they may or may not serve in phenomenal reality.
