Any perceived object can only trigger/reflect what already is and doesn't create anything.
When captivated/extroverted we take the perceived object and the whole story or image-building around it led by the mind to be the source of whatever it might be triggering/reflecting a.k.a. the cherished process of identification a.k.a. self-concocted suffering.
See your sights, feel your feelings, hear your sounds, taste your flavours, know your touch. it's all just you.
And when it all/the experiencing/perceiving quiets down as/when you remain just a witness/fully present what remains is The (ever unmoved) You.
